Shipping

We don't ship to the following destinations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea

Please note that shipping to your location may not be possible due to world events.

Free shipping on orders over:

  • £50 for the UK and EU

  • £75 for the US, Australia, and Canada

  • £100 everywhere else.

Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

Processing Time

We work with a print-on-demand (POD) company that prints and ships most of our products.

Usually, it takes 3 - 7 days for orders to be made. The times depend on the product and whether or not it is a busy period; i.e. a Black Friday event which could take up to 2 weeks to process.

Orders are then shipped out to you at which time you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping information.

If you do not receive your email, please check your spam/trash folder, or email us at hello@charmainebailey.co.uk for further assistance.

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any processing delays from our POD partner, or shipping delays that may arise due to the carrier.

The following shipping times are estimated from our print-on-demand:

  • UK: 6 - 14 business days

  • USA: 3 – 8 business days

  • Europe: 6 – 8 business days

  • Australia: 2 – 14 business days

  • International: 10 – 20 business days

Please note that shipping times can vary from product to product.

Originals

It is not always possible to ship to everywhere in the world, if you are outside of the following regions, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate if we can.

UK, US, AU, NZ, EU

Original artwork and art pieces have different processing and shipping times separate from our POD printer.

Originals Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 14 days of the recipe. This is because more care and attention are given to ensure the artwork is properly protected during transit.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Again, we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the carrier.

  • USA: 7 – 14 business days

Customs and Import Taxes

Customs and import taxes are out of our control.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

  • Dragonfire Studio is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or any fees imposed by customs in your country. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office.
